Jess and Groenhan Obtain their USDF Gold Medal!

Jess and two of her horses made the trip to Windy Hollow Hunt in New Jersey this past weekend where she competed at First Level, I2 and Grand Prix.  To say that the show was a success would be an understatement.  Jess competed Groenhan in both the Intermediaire 2 and Grand Prix B, and when the weekend was over, had obtained the scores necessary to receive her USDF Gold Medal.  The Gold Medal recognizes acheivement at both Intermediaire and Grand Prix, and when combined with the Bronze and Silver medals Jess has already earned, demonstrates her ability to train and compete successfully throughout every level.  It was Jess' goal to obtain her Gold this summer so it is quite remarkable that she he reached her goal so early in the season.   It is quite an  achievement!

Congratulations Jess!

I am extremely proud of everyone's performances."
